The legal practice of the firm is mainly focused in Csongrád, Bács-Kiskun and Pest counties, but is expanded over the whole of Hungary. The firm also has a wide range of international relations and clientele.

The main profile of the firm is economic law, and thus renders services primarily in this area, which comprises, among other services, establishment of firms and their legal representation.

1./ General legal representation

Within the area of legal representation we grant services of counselling in decision making and in their executions.

Apart from economic law, counselling covers areas of civil law, taxation, social security law and labour law. Furthermore, the firm provides services in the following areas: transformation/merger of business companies; trade mark, patent, copyright; compensation and foundation matters.

The firm also has great practice in representing ventures, which accounts for the fact that the clientele of the firm includes numerous prominent commercial, agricultural and industrial ventures, as well as private ones.

2./ International related services

The firm has an international practice: services such as counselling in legal matters and legal representation are available to international clients as well.
Within this framework the firm is engaged in the following activities: providing information on investment opportunities in Hungary for foreign undertakings, and managing the establishment and later the continuation of foreign investment, including legal counselling and legal services regarding foreign investment.

In this area the firm is responsible for the legal representation of Belgian, Italian, Danish, Austrian and Isralian firms in Hungary.

The firm has large experiences in formation of international commercial contrats and in international commercial dispute settlemants for companies active internationally.

3./ Insolvency

The services granted by the firm further include special legal services regarding bankruptcy proceedings and liquidation procedures. The experience gained through these practices can be efficiently applied in case of private businesses and in the course of the implementation of reorganisational programmes.
In the course of bankruptcy proceedings and liquidation procedures we are in close relation with several liquidation companies, the legal services regarding liquidation are provided by our firm in this region and often in other regions as well.

4./ Recovery of clains

The firm grants services in coercion of claims. In case of such assignments, apart from providing legal representation, we also offer the complete analysis of the debtor's financial situation, as well as a detailed analysis and elaboration of all potential solutions.
