Dr. Juhász, János



Born on 6 January 1954 in Újszentiván;
Graduated from the Faculty of Law, József Attila University, Szeged, in 1978; diploma qualified 'summa cum laude';
Employed as a legal trainee, later as a notary, and for several years as a judge in civil matters at the Town Court of Justice;
Has worked as a lawyer since 1989; is one of the owners and head of the present firm.
Main areas of practice: commercial law, bankruptcy and liquidation law, law of obligations and privatisation law; Speaks German.

 



Dr. Császár, Mátyás



Born on 14 May 1971 in Szeged;
Pursued studies at the Faculty of Law, József Attila University, Szeged;
During his years at university he took an interest in economics, economic law and international law;
Prior to graduation, he spent one academic year at the Faculty of Law of the University of Padua, Italy, where he studied European Law and International Law. His dissertation is on European Law, qualified'excellent'; Obtained his diploma qualified 'summa cum laude' on 26 February 1995.

At present Mr. Császár is writing his PhD. at the Faculty of Law of University of Szeged and is an assistant lecturer at the Department of International Private Law of the University;
Speaks English at an intermediate and Italian at a proficient level;
Has been an lawyer since 1 June 1998, is one of the owners of the present firm. Main areas of practice: international private law, international commercial law and EU law.

 



Dr. Csvila, István



Born on 19 November 1971 in Kiskőrös;
Pursued parallel studies at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Arts of József Attila University, Szeged;
Main fields of interest are economic law and economics; During his academic years he was a student assistant instructor at the Department of Criminal Law;
His dissertation is on Philosophy of Law, qualified 'excellent' ;
Graduated with the award for the most prominent student of the year;
His diploma, obtained in 1996, was qualified 'summa cum laude';
Has an intermediate language exam in German.
He is one of the owners of the present firm.
